Clear Summit Realty – Testimonials
Dear Ken
I just wanted to write to thank you for all of your hard work given to me during the selling of my previous home and the purchasing of my new home. The “great” level of expertise, professionalism and thoroughness that you provided me was like no other. You made what could have been a harrowing and stressful experience, more of a mind- opening journey co-existing with a few hurdles that were easily conquered.
I especially appreciated the often times money saving information and advice you provided to me during my search for my new home, which by the way, I am enjoying more every day.
I feel that having you as my realtor was the best choice I could have made. Even though this was the second home that I have purchased, the knowledge you were willing to share with me, I will be able to utilize in the future.
Ken, you are a realtor who keeps his client’s best interest at heart and you were truly a blessing to me… and my niece (who won’t let me forget that she referred you to me).
I wish you much continued success and will be more than happy and confident in referring others to contact you when it comes to selling and/or purchasing property.
Again, thank you so much. I greatly appreciate your service.
Sincerely,
Sheila
I would like to take a moment to thank you for all your hard work. In both selling my house and helping me find another. In this tough market you were just what I needed to get the job done. Not only were you professional you also became a friend. Thanks again,
The Frost family
1. Location – Powder Springs. Our desire was to move closer to our
church and friends in Paulding County.
2. Price range – roughly between $90,000 and $115,000.
3. Process – Made an appointment in Ken’s office, talked about what we
were looking for, and did a house search. Found about 9 or 10 houses
we wanted to look at, and scheduled to look at them the following
Saturday. Found 1 house we wanted to make an offer on, but seller
accepted another offer. Made a second appointment in Ken’s office to
do another search. Found 6 or 7 more houses we were interested in
looking at and scheduled another Saturday to go see them. Found
another house we were considering making an offer on. Ken called his
home inspector and asked a favor for him to do a quick drive by. Turns
out the house had significant foundation issues, which thankfully for
Ken, were discovered before going through the offer process. After
that, Ken set us up in his automatic search engine and we were e-mailed
houses that met our criteria. We were e-mailed a house were were
interested in, we called Ken, and he met us over there on a Sunday.
We submitted an offer and began the negotiation process. During the
negotiation process, we were ready to accept their counter-offer, but
Ken convinced us to hold off which ended up getting us $600 more in
closing cost. We got a good deal on the house and seller paid closing
cost and gave us a flooring allowance. Third time is the charm! We
ended up with a better house than the first two houses.
During the walk-thru’s of every house, we were impressed with the
knowledge that Ken provided regarding the good and bad features,
incuding structure, fixtures, cosmetics, etc.
Ken helped us every step of the way, including attending closing.
4. Ken recommended the lender, home inspector, termite inspector, and
closing attorney that we used. Every one of them were excellent
choices and made the whole process very easy. The details and
information they provided us was something we did not experience on our
first house purchase.
5. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, Ken’s performance was
an 11.
6. We would absolutely refer Ken to someone we know.
7. We would absolutely use Ken’s services in the future.
Hope this helps! Thank you for everything!! On a different note, I’m
hoping to have some work done on our old house this weekend and through
next week. I’ll be calling you because I would like to get it on the
market sooner than later.
Thanks!

Ken,
Just a quick email to say Thank You for all that you did to make our home buying process easy. I have to say, things went a lot smoother this time then the first time we bought a house and I think it’s truly because we had people that cared this time around. I will be sure to keep you in mind for any future referrals.
Ken – thank you for being patient with Mike and I as we looked for the perfect home….I know there were times that we didn’t even know what we wanted, but you never got frustrated with us.
It was so nice to walk away from the table on Monday and feel like we weren’t broadsided by anything and to know that we had made the right decision.
Thanks again and don’t forget, moving day is Saturday May 7th!!!!!

Buying a home is one of the most important decisions a family can make. It is where dreams come true and memories are made for a lifetime. To help in this decision you want the best. Ken Jones is the best. He is a man of character, family values, hard worker and above all has a heart the size of the home itself. He is not just a realtor or a mentor, but part of the family.

Working with Ken Jones was a breath of fresh air while finding our dream house! Ken is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and not only takes into consideration the current value of the house but also resale value. When we met with Ken, we had a rough idea of the layout of the house as well as the location. Ken stuck by our side searching for the “perfect” house and spent many Saturdays showing us them. While looking at houses, he was very honest with his concerns (if any) but remaining positive that we will find the house for us. Once we found the perfect house, Ken was wonderful with keeping us in the loop with the status and sticking by our side through closing. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the process. Ken truly exceeded all expectations we had!
Best,
Danny and Kristen
